Legal Nurse Consulting Professionals LLC was founded by Elizabeth Maldonado, RN, BSN, CLNC and is headquartered in Lumberton, New Jersey.  We offer medical-legal consultation for any legal proceeding requiring medical or nursing expertise. 

We are a full-service medical legal consulting firm that offers a robust program in both English and Spanish.  We provide our attorney clients the opportunity to stay on the winning edge by providing insight to the medical issues that are integral to their cases. Elizabeth Maldonado - President and Founder of Legal Nurse Consulting Professionals.
Liz received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Trenton State College in 1988.
She has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty four years and her areas of practice include: Perinatal Care including Labor and Delivery, Quality Improvement, Policy and Procedure Review, Operating Room Head Nurse, Pre and Post Operative Care, Certified Clinical Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Coordinator, Executive Health Program Coordinator, Assisted Living Health Care Coordinator, and Nurse Manager. She is currently pursuing her  Masters of Nursing from Rutgers University.  She is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and current a member of the NACLNC - National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse and the AALNC - American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She is also a proud member of the AALNA - American Assisted Living Nurses Association.

With over 24 years of professional experience in health care, critical care, policy managment, quality assurance, administration, and management in assisted living (residential care), Liz and her team are strategically positioned to cost-effectively and efficiently help both plaintiff and defense attorneys screen cases for merit, locate expert witnesses, prepare for discovery and trial as needed throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  Liz is biligual and offers her services in both English and Spanish.

Liz received her CLNC certification after completing the rigorous course of study from the Vickie Milazzo Institute. This is the nation’s first, oldest and largest accredited legal nurse consulting and education organization.  Widely recognized by attorneys, the CLNC certification is the official certification of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants. member of this alliance, Liz has access to a nationwide network of over 6,000 health care colleagues who can provide additional expertise often required in today’s complex medical litigation.
